1. These Terms and Conditions are binding for all orders realized through AVE, a.s., registered in the Czech Republic, seated Pod Barvířkou 6/747, Praha 5, 150 00. All correspondence shall be addressed to AVE a. s., Pod Barvířkou 6/747, Praha 5, 150 00, Czech Republic. Hereby you confirm that you accept these general Terms and Conditions on the behalf of yourself and all persons listed/included in your request/order.
2. Any request for/order of accommodation or tourism services you make is presumed to be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Contract between AVE, a.s. and you is concluded as of the moment of receipt of Reservation Confirmation with a reservation number. Reservation Confirmation will be sent to you after AVE, a.s. receives the payment for the services you ordered or after successful authorization of your credit card through GLOBAL PAYMENTS (MUZO) secure server.
3. It is required that orders are paid in full in advance. The payment will be carried out immediately by a credit card through a web 3D secure server operated by the company GLOBAL PAYMENTS (MUZO). In case of payment by bank transfer, it is required that the payment be made within 5 (five) days after placing the reservation, however not later than 7 (seven) days before your arrival. If this deadline cannot be met, please, send us a payment confirmation to the fax number +420 251 556 005; include your reservation data so that we can identify your payment on our account.
4. All prices are listed in CZK or EUR. Actual payment is carried out in CZK (Czech Crown) according to the current exchange rate as quoted by Raiffeisen Bank. In case of bank transfer, it is possible to pay in EUR to a respective bank account.
5. Accommodation Services
a) Categorization is realized by stars. The number of stars characterizes the general standard of services offered. A detailed range of offered services is listed at the website of each accommodation facility. The general standards are defined as follows:
** tourist class - youth hostels/lodging houses and pensions offering simply equipped, lockable rooms with shared bathroom (for men a women separately). Telephone and TV in the lobby. Buffet or dining room in the facility.
** economy class – small, medium-size hotels and pensions, usually private bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the price, unless stated otherwise. TV in rooms or in lobby. Safe deposit at the reception. Reception usually operates nonstop.
*** standard class – rooms with private bathroom, breakfast usually included in the price, telephone, TV (SAT/cable) in rooms. Safe deposit at the reception. Reception usually operates nonstop. Foreign language speaking staff.
**** first class – rooms with private bathroom, telephone, TV (SAT/cable), mini bar and hair dryer. Breakfast included in the price. Reception opened 24 hours a day. Usually offered services include room service, laundry and dry cleaning, sale of basic toiletries, transportation, sightseeing, restaurant, etc. Foreign language speaking staff.
***** luxury class – spacious and luxury rooms with private bathroom, telephone, Internet connection, TV (SAT/cable), mini bar and hair dryer. Breakfast included in the price. Reception and room service operating 24 hours a day. Other services offered include laundry and dry cleaning, sale of basic toiletries, transportation, sightseeing, exchange office, restaurant, etc. Foreign language speaking staff.
b) Types of rooms used by Prague Hotel Locater website are as follows:
Single room – contains one single bed. Suitable for one person.
Double room ? contains one double bed. Suitable for two persons.
Triple room – contains either one single bed and one double bed or three single beds. Suitable for three persons.
6. AVE a.s. does not support or recommend any of the listed accommodation facilities, services or service packages. We pay maximum attention to ensuring that the content of our website is accurate and truthful. However, it is subject to change without prior notice. All information contained in this web presentation (including information about travel products, trips and accommodation facilities) are published in good faith. Nevertheless, you hereby acknowledge that AVE, a.s. does not bear responsibility for accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
7. Hereby you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and there exist no legal constrictions that would prevent you from entering a contractual relationship using this website as it is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you accept financial liability for all possible use of this web presentation, as well as for the use of your name and credit card which will be charged by AVE, a.s. for all services ordered through Prague Hotel Locator. Furthermore, you proclaim that all information about your person, or all persons included/listed in your request/order are truthful and accurate.
8. Responsibility for passport validity, visa and compliance with all health requirements for trip to the chosen country is fully yours. We recommend writing insurance for the cases of late cancellation of ordered services and unforeseen medical costs.
9. Should you order services for a group of over 16 persons and this group consists of students (persons until the age 26), you hereby acknowledge that AVE, a.s. reserves the right to request a deposit for the cases of possible property damage. The amount of the deposit is stipulated as EUR 30 per person.
11. AVE a.s reserves the right to provide for its clients (that is groups and individuals) alternative accommodation in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Such alternative accommodation will be of the same standard as the originally confirmed.
12. Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Deadlines and Fees)
Detailed Cancellation Policy for individual accommodation facilities, or services suppliers are to be found on the respective web page of this web presentation. In case of cancellation of your request, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. The usual period for cancellation of the services you ordered free of charge is 48 hours before your arrival. Should cancellation take place after this period or should you not arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee (a penal bond), which usually makes up to 100% of the price of the first night of the accommodation services you ordered
You can easily cancel your order online. Click “My Reservation” button and follow the instructions. Cancellation of services must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or registered letter) to AVE, a.s. Cancellation made directly with the services provider or the accommodation facility will not be deemed valid.
13. All complaints regarding ordered services must be communicated to AVE, a.s. without undue delay, at best immediately on the phone number +420 251 091 111 or in writing to our address (see Contacts).
14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notification.
